Refund policy
We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Items must be unworn and unwashed, accessories must be unused, and books/music items must be unopened where applicable). Unless your item is being returned due to a manufacturer or printing defect, we are unable to refund your original shipping costs or pay for return shipping costs.
Please contact us before returning your item!
All returns and exchanges must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the delivery date.
You can exchange unwashed, unaltered items within 30 days of the date of delivery, send them to:

- Your name & email (as used for the original order)
- The size would like to exchange for
- Whether you require a refund or an exchange
Please ensure that you save the tracking information for your return shipment. If you do not have tracking information we are unable to assist you with a return or exchange. We are not responsible for return/exchange items until they are received by us.
If it has been longer than 30 days since the item was delivered, we, unfortunately, cannot exchange or refund you for it. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the size or item you are requesting is out of stock when we receive your exchange, we will contact you to confirm the next steps. Exchanges can only be made for the same item in another size.
Faulty Items
To report a defective or damaged product in your order, please contact us at vex@afourchamberedheart.com. Please include a clear description of the fault and photos. Please note that all claims must be submitted within 6 months of order delivery to be eligible for a refund or an exchange (subject to availability).
