Shipping policy
Orders are usually shipped with 7 days of placing an order (unless specified otherwise at the time of ordering). If you haven't received an email letting you know that your order has been shipped after 7 days, please contact us.
Changes to existing orders: Please contact us if you need to make any changes to an existing order. We will try to make changes to an existing order before shipping but this may not always be possible when we are experiencing a high volume of orders. It may not always be possible to make changes to pre ordered items.
Pre Ordered Items: Pre ordered items a lead time will be specified on the item listing page. We cannot guarantee shipping time for pre orders lead times are only to be used as a guide.

We highly recommend selecting International Tracked postage, this includes tracking information and compensation should a parcel get lost in transit.
We do offer a budget postage option as International Standard but this does not include a tracking number or guarantee compensation.
Buyers are responsible for all possible import duties, tax and administration charges that maybe applied by your local customs. These charges are out of our control and can vary, if you are unsure we would recommend you contact your local customs office for more information!
USA shipping:
From Friday 29 August 2025 US customs requirements have changed. These changes affect goods entering the USA from any country in the world, including the UK. We will now be including the cost of import duties and customs fees in our shipping price (for USA only). This has meant that there has been an increase in the cost of shipping at checkout but no further fees will be incurred when receiving your parcel!
